- ★★★★★"Flavor, flavor, flavor. I've tried the steak, lamb, chicken, and carnitas tacos. My favorite is the Jalisco (lamb birria) taco. Salsas, consomme', and other sauces are homemade and have unique flavors. Even the tortilla chips are uniquely tasty with what - I don't know, but beats other tortilla chips at local food spots.."CHERYL W.★★★★★"Ate here last night at Green Mountain beer company. I had the steak, lamb and chicken tacos. Can't decide which was my favorite all were really good! Cool artwork on the truck too, can't wait to try more. Didn't have to wait very long for the food either."Ian T.★★★★★"Delylah's Tacos has the BEST tacos in Denver! I cannot believe it is a food truck. The tacos are high end, super yummy, and very unique. They are not the standard couple pieces of meat in a tiny tortilla. They are packed full of flavor and healthy portions. Can't wait to go back to try more of their tacos! Cannot recommend them enough."Kayla S.
- ★★★★★"I visited the food truck for the first time outside Green Mountain brewery. I got the chicken quesadilla which was delicious. It had the right amount of chicken and cheese inside where it didn't overpower each other. Don't skip out on the two sauces drizzled on top which had so much flavor. Can't wait to visit the food truck again and try more of the menu!"

★★★★★"The flavors, execution, friendly hospitable service is exceeded my expectations. I tried three tacos, chicken, pork, and lamb. Never being a huge lamb fan this bad boy knocked my pantelones off. I have never tasted anything like it, and will travel near and far to get this taco on a regular basis! The consome, and salsas are packed with unique flavor profiles and did I mention each taco was filled to the brim with meat. 10/10 will go again and recommend again."Lynsey W.
★★★★★"Run don't walk to Delylah's Tacos! We had the Oaxaca and Jalisco tacos and they were so good! The perfect bite every time and you can tell how much they care about the food they put on your plate. And the guac!!! So. Good."Kelsey M.
- ★★★★★"Wow. Just wow. The best tacos I've ever had from a food truck. By far. Started with chips and salsa. Chips were heavy, seasoned, and homemade. Wonderful. The salsas were all homemade and fantastic. Three types. I had both lamb and chicken tacos which were outstanding. Hard to describe but many, many levels above the usual taco trucks. Full of flavors and nuances far beyond the standard fare. Very much like a Teocalli tacos if you've ever had one. Very gourmet. Lastly, the Elote, which was prepared perfectly. And all was at a price point similar to the average taco trucks. Incredible. Will follow this truck and patronize it many times."

★★★★★"Frickin incredible tacos. Put them in your mouth if you see this truck. Friendly service, nice clean new truck. They are street taco size, but the meat and toppings are generous. I was full with 2. We tried all of them, and each had a totally unique flavor. They were all amazing. The Mexican street corn was awesome, and the guacamole was freshly made, although I really liked the spicy avocado salsa. Anyway. If you're out and about, and you see this truck, do yourself a favor and get some tacos, you will not be disappointed!"Michelle r.
- ★★★★★"There are food trucks and then there are taco trucks... And then there's Delylah's Tacos! Authentic, well crafted, (dare I say?) Artisanal tacos that will delight and satisfy your cravings. I have tried all flavors and it is hard to choose a favorite. Maybe a tie between lamb and pork. The quesadillas are everything you could hope for and the posole (soup) is to die for! If you're just wanting a snack, the chips, salsa, and guac are all fresh and home made. I look forward to going back again and again"

★★★★★"The Michoacán is my favorite! I really enjoyed my experience and even got to meet Delylah, she is so cute!"Pete W.
★★★★★"I once was blind and now have the gift of sight! Well not really, but I WAS hungry and now I'm full. Absolutely some of the best tacos in the Denver area and that's something to be said given the amount of options we have out here. We visited at the orchard in Broomfield and ordered as much as we could off the menu to take home. The Jalisco (lamb birria) was fantastic. The flavors are very unique, original, and delicious. We also really loved the Sinaloa (veg) and the elote. Everything was neatly packaged for takeout and held together nicely. Highly recommend it if you're lucky enough to have it nearby. Or better yet, go drive to see em! Great truck, great service, amazing food, and even better people!"Anthony M.
